Pic 1 is that of Queen Nagamati asking her parrot whether she is more beautiful than Rani Padmini.This is an illustration from Padmavat by Jayasi, which mirrors a similar situation where a queen asks a mirror a similar question in the famous short story Snow White by The Brothers Grimm. A similar version of the story was written by Pushkin (pic 2) under the appellation "The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Knights". Pic 1 is a hypothetical situation showing what might had happened had Obama regularly used Fair and Lovely (the blackened portion of the pic shows a tube of the cream I guess). Pic 3 suggests anorexia, as evident from the difference in the woman and her image, though what might be its connection to the other 3 I can't fathom.

pic 3 is used to show the mirror, not anorexia. But the fact that the queen was that insecure could also be extrapolated, hence the pic.
