    The first one is Pope Gregory after whom Gregorian calender was named and the third is Julius Caesar after whom the Julian Calender is named. Not sure about the second picture. So the connect is people after whom calender systems were named.

    Calendars named after them- 1st one Pope Gregory XIII (Gregorian Calendar), 3rd one- Julius Caesar (Julian Calendar). The middle one I can't identify without tineyeing.

    the middle guy is THomas Gangle, who invented the Darius Calendar to be used on MArs
