Question 432: Found neither in Giza nor Ibiza

n his Poetics the Greek philosopher Aristotle put forth the idea "A whole is what has a beginning and middle and end". This three-part view of a plot structure (with a beginning, middle, and end – technically, the protasis, epitasis, and catastrophe, was how most dramas were modelled until 1863, when __X__ wrote a book called Die Technik des Dramas.

In this book, he put forth a view which has become the crux of comedies and a tradition in theater. Building upon Aristotle's views, he made a pyramid like structure as shown in the picture.
