HE WAS A STABLE KEEPER IN CAMBRIDGE, ENGLAND. HE HAD AROUND 40 HORSES, BUT HE HAD A CERTAIN POLICY BY WHICH HE WOULD ROTATE THE USE OF HORSES TO PREVENT ANY ONE PARTICULAR HORSE FROM GETTING EXHAUSTED. A COMMON PHRASE IS NAMED AFTER HIM AND HIS METHOD OF ROTATION. WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT?
