Samarkhand was the place where hendrix died, choking on his own vomit, when he was with his ice skater girlfriend.
Pic 3: Vishwarupa
The faces of Hendrix, Mitch Mitchels and the other member of the Jimi Hendrix Expedrience were superimposed onto a cheap imitation of this picture by their manager, to celebrate his 'Indian American' roots ( he mistook native american as Indian American (NRI))
