I need you to identify who drew this up, and the cause for it(or in context) to appear in our everyday lives> Not everybody's everyday life,
but I allude to a jobless few.

this is the 7 bridges problem that was solved by euler. so the person who drew this must be him.
as to how this appears in our daily life it may refer to the graphs and networks concept that euler found out.(something to do with even and odd nodes)
